Knit a Breast

Knitted breasts are used by midwives, health visitors and breastfeeding volunteers as a tool to help mums learn more about attachment. If you're a dab hand with the knitting needles and you'd like to donate a knitted breast we would be very grateful.

Click here to download the pattern.

You can post your finished breast to:

Alison Healey
Breastfeeding Coordinator
Atherton Health Centre
Ormerod House
Nelson Street
Atherton
M46 0LE

Or, you can hand it in at your local health centre or children's centre, just let them know that it is for Alison Healey.
